Shri Abhey Kumar Oswal was the Founder Chairman of Oswal Greentech Limited, formerly Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, and of Oswal Agro Mills Limited. He was a builder of enterprises and, in equal measure, a builder of institutions that asked nothing in return.

Born into a distinguished Ludhiana business family as a son of the late Lala Vidya Sagar Oswal, he was a keen learner, an innovator and a leader by instinct. It was his appetite for calculated risk, and his conviction that technologies should be integrated rather than merely adopted, that led him to step beyond the family’s traditional textile business and into grassroots agro-industry. He travelled widely and studied what a modernising India would need before India itself had asked for it — and then he built it.

Dr. Aruna Oswal has served as Chairperson and Whole-time Director of the Company since April 2016. She is also the Chairperson of the Abhey Oswal Group and the Aruna Abhey Oswal Trust, and brings over five decades of experience in leadership, institution building, philanthropy and community service.

A seasoned leader with a strong commitment to sustainable value creation and social impact, Dr. Oswal has played a significant role in advancing the Group’s institutional and philanthropic initiatives across healthcare, education and community development.

Dr. Oswal holds a Master’s degree in English and was conferred an Honorary Doctoral Degree by APAMALL, Deep Education, University of Wisconsin–Madison, USA, in August 2018, in recognition of her humanitarian contributions.

She has held several prominent national and international leadership positions, including International Director (2016-2018) and Trustee of Lions Clubs International (2018–2024), following a longstanding association with the organisation since 1989. During her tenure, she served as District Governor (2004–05) and National & Multi-National Coordinator for the Campaign Sight First II initiative. Under her leadership, the Oswal family has supported a range of healthcare and education initiatives in partnership with Lions Clubs International Foundation, including eye-care hospitals, mobile medical units, and specialised healthcare centres in India and overseas.

Shael Oswal is a business leader, entrepreneur and investor with diverse interests spanning real estate, education, strategic investments and emerging business ventures across India and the United Arab Emirates. He is committed to building sustainable enterprises that create long-term value through innovation, responsible leadership and strategic vision.

As Vice Chairman, strategic direction is provided across key business and institutional initiatives, with a focus on business expansion, investment strategy, asset development and organizational excellence. Mr. Babu Ram Somani is a qualified Chartered Accountant and brings with him extensive experience in the areas of finance, taxation, advisory, and regulatory compliance. He has advised various businesses across sectors including manufacturing, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), and import-export industries.

He possesses expertise in direct and indirect taxation, project finance, financial advisory services, and corporate compliance matters. His professional knowledge and experience in financial management, regulatory frameworks, and business advisory are expected to provide valuable guidance to the Board.

Mr. Somani has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of Oswal Greentech Limited for a term of one year, subject to approval of shareholders. He is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any regulatory authority.

Mr. Vimal Bhatnagar is a finance professional with extensive experience in the areas of accounting, financial management, taxation, and business finance. He holds a Master of Commerce degree from Himachal University, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification from ICFAI, a Diploma in Business Finance, and an Honours Diploma in Network-Centered Computing from NIIT.

Mr. Bhatnagar commenced his professional journey in 1994 as a Faculty of Accounts, where he gained extensive experience in delivering lectures and providing guidance on various aspects of finance, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis.

With his strong understanding of financial concepts and business processes, he brings valuable expertise in financial planning, accounting practices, taxation matters, and strategic financial advisory. His knowledge and experience enable him to provide meaningful guidance on financial oversight, governance practices, and effective decision-making at the Board level.

Mr. Bhatnagar currently serves as an Independent Director at Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Limited, a BSE-listed entity, where he contributes towards strengthening governance standards, financial oversight, and responsible corporate management.

CS Prerna Singh is a practising Company Secretary with over 9 years of professional experience in the fields of corporate governance, statutory compliance, and board advisory. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from the University of Delhi and has been engaged in independent practice since 17th April 2017, providing comprehensive secretarial and compliance advisory services to companies across diverse sectors.

She has extensive experience in advising companies on corporate law matters, regulatory compliances, board processes, and governance frameworks. Her professional expertise includes handling Board and Committee compliances, statutory filings, corporate governance advisory, stakeholder management, and liaison with regulatory authorities.

CS Prerna Singh has also served as an Independent Director on the boards of listed companies, where she has contributed towards strengthening governance practices, enhancing compliance standards, supporting risk management frameworks, and facilitating effective board oversight and decision-making.

Currently, she serves as an Independent Director at AK Infradream Limited, contributing her expertise towards improving governance structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable business practices.

With her strong understanding of corporate laws, governance principles, and regulatory requirements, CS Prerna Singh brings valuable insights to the Board. She is recognized for her integrity, diligence, and commitment towards transparency, ethical governance, and responsible corporate management.

CS Rahul Khadriya is a seasoned corporate advisor with over 15 years of comprehensive expertise in corporate restructuring, secretarial audit, legal due diligence, SEBI listing compliances, capital market transactions, and board governance.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS), and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). As the Managing Partner at M/s. SRC & Co., he advises diverse corporate boards on mergers, amalgamations, listing obligations, and statutory frameworks.

Mr. Alok Gupta is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi.

He has over 20 years of diverse experience in finance leadership across the BFSI, fintech, ITES and consulting sectors. His areas of expertise include strategic financial planning, treasury management, capital allocation, fundraising, financial reporting under IFRS and Ind AS, regulatory compliance, internal controls, corporate governance and digital finance transformation.

Prior to joining the Company with effect from 1 July 2026, Mr. Gupta served as Finance Head at Roi Net Solution Private Limited, where he led the finance function across multiple group companies, successfully spearheaded the Series A fundraising initiative and drove ERP implementation and technology-enabled transformation of financial reporting processes.

Earlier, he was associated with Moody's India as Assistant Vice President – Finance & Accounts for over a decade, where he was responsible for finance and accounting operations, statutory and tax compliances, ERP implementation, business restructuring, valuation support, External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) arrangements and strengthening SOX-compliant internal control frameworks.

Before joining Moody's India, Mr. Gupta held key finance positions with Spice Mobiles Limited and Copal Partners (now Acuity Knowledge Partners). He commenced his professional career with Moore Stephens, Dubai, and HKS & Associates, Delhi, where he gained extensive experience in audit, assurance and financial advisory.

Mr. Harshendra Mandloi is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate with professional experience in the areas of corporate secretarial practices, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

He has experience in handling secretarial and compliance matters of listed companies, including compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, Listing Regulations, board processes, statutory filings, and other corporate secretarial functions.

Mr. Mandloi possesses sound knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks and has been involved in ensuring effective compliance management, supporting board governance processes, and facilitating adherence to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

As the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the Company’s secretarial functions, regulatory compliances, corporate governance practices, liaison with regulatory authorities, and ensuring timely compliance with applicable provisions of corporate laws and securities regulations.

With his expertise in corporate secretarial matters, governance frameworks, and compliance management, Mr. Harshendra Mandloi contributes towards strengthening transparency, regulatory discipline, and effective governance practices of the Company.
