Dr. Aruna Oswal is the spouse of Shri Abhey Oswal. She joined the Board of the Company in April 2016 as Chairman & Wholetime Director of the Company. She holds degree of Master of Arts (English). She has been honoured with Honorary Doctoral Degree of APAMALL, Deep Education from University of Wisconsin Madison- USA on humanitarian grounds in August 2018. Recently she has been honoured as a Corona Warrior for her generous support to PM Relief Fund and reached out wherever possible for essentials, basic food & water distribution.
She is also associated with Lions India Education Promotional Council, Follow your Dreams Foundation India World Council of religion for peace as its Co-president and international trustee, World Jain Confederation as its Vice-President, PHD Family Welfare Foundation, Indian Council for Human Relations, Women Entrepreneur Committee at PHD Chambers. She actively overviews the School of Vocational Training Center at Ludhiana supported by the Aruna Abhey Oswal Trust.
Dr. Aruna Oswal is also a member of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Anil Kumar Bhalla, a commerce graduate, is associated with the Oswal Group since more than 3 decades and his proactive involvement in the affairs of the Company and immense knowledge about real estate sector has played a significant role in the growth of the Company over the last 3 decades. He holds the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Oswal Greentech Limited.
As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Anil Kumar Bhalla is responsible for maximising the entity’s value including revenues, market share, share price etc. and to oversee the operations in all departments and making sure that the long term roles of the Company are realised.
Mr. Anil Kumar Bhalla is also a member of Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Ayussh Sanghi, a commerce graduate and Chartered Accountant with prior experience in PwC and Grant Thornton LLP for over 5 years in audit and indirect taxation. He is a specialist in GS economy and international relations. He is currently working as teaching faculty at Unacademy Plus, a live lecture platform which helps its students to master fundamentals of various subjects for UPSC civil service IAS/ IPS examination. Also, he is a founder of Panchganga Foundation, an NGO set up for cleaning river Ganges.
Mr. Ayussh Sanghi is member of Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Board.

Mrs. Shikha Jain, a commerce graduate from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. She is associated with Crest Commercial Projects (India) Private Limited as its Marketing Head and possesses a vast experience of more than 13 years in the areas of marketing and sales management.
Mrs. Shikha Jain is member of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Board.

Mr. Vipin Kumar Vij, a commerce graduate from Delhi University, having experience of more than 40 years in the areas of finance, taxation, accountancy. He joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in the year 2014.
As a Chief Financial Officer of Oswal Greentech Limited, he has been entrusted with the primary role of overseeing the management of Company’s finances and financial activities. He is responsible for reviewing various aspects of the Company to ensure that the costs of operations are controlled in a proper manner and that resources are correctly allocated.
(Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP))
Ms. Sonal Malhotra, a commerce graduate from Delhi University and law graduate from Agra University, is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having experience of more than 6 years in the areas of corporate laws, securities laws, labour laws, FEMA etc.
She joined Oswal Greentech Limited in year 2020 as its Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. As Company Secretary, she discharges following functions:
Report to the Board about compliance with the provisions of all laws applicable to the Company;
Provide the directors of the company, collectively and individually, such guidance as they may require, with regard to their duties, responsibilities and powers;
Facilitate the convening of meetings and attend Board, committee and general meetings and maintain the minutes of these meetings;
Represent before various regulators, and other authorities under the Act in connection with discharge of various duties under the Act;
Assist the Board in the conduct of the affairs of the company;
Assist and advise the Board in ensuring good corporate governance and in complying with the corporate governance requirements and best practices.

Mr. Akhil Bansal, a commerce graduate (B.Com Hons.) from Delhi University, is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
His work experience is more than 7 years in diverse fields like Consulting, Audit, Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Labour Laws, Certifications, Due Diligence, Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Intellectual Property Rights Law (Trademark/Design/ Copyright/Patent), Accounting and Finance Matters etc.
He is currently working as Practising Company Secretary under the name of ‘‘Akhil Bansal and Associates’’, based out of New Delhi and Non-Executive Director at Comply Hub Consultants Private Limited, a platform which provide services relating to Startup, Corporate Compliances, Consultancy related to Direct and Indirect Tax, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Accounting and Finance Matters etc.
Mr. Akhil Bansal is former Member of ‘‘Training & Educational Facilities Committee’’ of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Recently, he has been elected as "Delhi State Secretary (Yuva Wing)" of ‘‘Akhil Bhartiya Vaishya Mahasanghthan’’, an organization who work for the development for the society.
Also, he is a Founder and Trustee of Rahgir Foundation, an NGO set up under Indian Trust Act, 1882 Recognised as a Public Charitable Trust by the Government of India with an objective to Promote Education, Women Empowerment, to develop Institutions like Blind School, Orphanage, Slum areas etc.
Mr. Pulkit Gupta, a commerce graduate, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, respectively. He possesses a vast experience of more than 7 years in the areas of audit, taxation, corporate laws and compliances.
Mr. Pulkit Gupta is also Chairman of Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors.
